About Our Accommodation
We have 14 beautiful en-suite bedrooms (bath or shower) 10 of which have spectacular views over the Kyle of Sutherland and the mountains and hills beyond. All rooms are equipped with Colour Television, Hospitality Trays, Hairdryers and Telephones with Data Port Internet Access.

Breakfast includes a Full Scottish Breakfast. We also serve Morning Coffee, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner please see our bar and restaurant pages for more details.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Everyone Welcome, including well-behaved pets

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Deposit
When booking we require a cheque for payment for the first nights stay.

Cancellation
Prior to 30 days from the date of stay your deposit is refundable less £5 administration fee. If you make a cancellation or are booking with us less than 30 days prior to your stay we will make every effort to re-let the room and refund your deposit less £5 administration fee, but your deposit will not be refunded if we our unable to re-let the room.
