About The Restaurant
Our cosy restaurant seating 32 serves a wide variety of mouth watering dishes all prepared by our excellent local Chef. We pride ourselves in having a varied menu and source produce locally as much as possible. From hearty traditional meals to wholesome vegetarian dishes, light snacks, starters and desserts, you are sure to find our dishes caringly prepared and beautifully presented. We also have a good selection of children's dishes. Take away food and packed lunches available. Please see sample menu below.

Soup of the Day - Chef's home-made soup served with a warm crusty roll and butter
Marinated Orkney Herrings - Served with a small side salad and brown bread and butter
Local Highland Haggis - served with whisky sauce and croutons

Traditional Fayre from £6.00 too £7.00 (with the exception of Barbecue Ribs)
Deep Fried Haddock - fresh haddock battered with our chef's own recipe and deep fried
Poached Salmon - poached salmon fillet served with a leek and cream sauce
Steak and Ale Pie - prime cubed Scottish beef marinated in stout and cooked with onions and mushrooms within puff pastry

Grilled Venison Steak - 8oz venison steak grilled to your liking served with a redcurrant sauce
